Several years ago she founded Mayan Harvest, a social enterprise focused on helping smallholder farmers in the area improve practices and access better markets. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRosalba and her extended family also farm coffee themselves, and Huck is excited to roast this gem of a washed coffee from the collective family.
